Your responsibilities.
- Ensuring you provide excellent customer service
- Ensuring each customer query is dealt within the deadlines set out by the business
- Managing complaints effectively and escalating where necessary
- Working to daily targets / KPIs
About you:

- You will have worked in a customer service position previously, whether in office or retail/hospitality
- Confident, with clear communication skills and an aptitude for learning and retaining information
- You are keen to work in a supportive close-knit team
