A great opportunity to join a well established Independent business in Addlestone as a Sales Negotiator.

Our client has a strong focus towards creating a superior customer experience and are keen to find somebody who shares their ethos and passion for the industry and already has a grounding in estate agency, but is looking to take their career to the next level.

**Responsibilities will include the following but not exhaustive**:

- Dealing with enquiries
- Booking appointments
- Carrying out viewings
- Updating and maintaining CRM system
- Assisting with marketing
- Generating & maximising business opportunities
- Negotiating sales

**Skills required**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal -Friendly, professional and outgoing personality
- The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own
- Strong organisational skills
- Happy to take the initiative
- Confident in dealing with clients
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Must have a full UK driving licence.

This role would suit a sales negotiator with at least a years experience and is looking to join a brand that can offer them on going training and development in the property sector.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Addlestone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Estate Agency: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
