**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with supervisors

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

**Salary**: From £24,831.03 per year
