About this role

EMEA Talent Management - Associate

Key areas of responsibility:

- Partner with the regional and global Talent Management team to develop and implement programs and initiatives that align with overall talent agenda and drive the growth of the business
- Ensure our regional efforts are aligned with global priorities and best practices are shared
- Start to end project management ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, efficiently and stakeholders are kept fully informed
- Support with scheduling speakers and drafting briefing documents
- Lead and maintain relationships with external facilitators and training providers. Assess and select new vendors as required
- Coordinate with Talent Development Operations to ensure successful and efficient program delivery
- Participate in strategic & ad hoc projects across Talent Management as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

- Validated experience in some of the following areas: Development and Career Planning, Project Management, Design and Delivery of Learning
- Previous experience working within a global matrix structure
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to partner effectively with business leaders and within HR function
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Experience with digital learning, capability definition, learning systems management
- Originates ideas and takes initiative to scope and design solutions
- Solid facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to navigate through ambiguity; flexible and adaptable to change
- Analytical thinking, proficient in working with data and drawing insights
- Process orientation and attention to detail
