We are now looking for a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for an import/export International Freight Forwarding operation and providing excellent customer service to Japanese accounts.
Acting as the primary point of contact for our ocean, air and road freight operations you will manage booking order requests and accurately enter order information into our IFF Yunas system.

About You

**To be considered as a Customer Service Agent, you will need**:

- Fluency in Japanese
- Experience in a fast paced, demanding customer service environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A degree, equivalent qualification or experience
