**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the financial activities of an organization.
- Create budgets and financial plans.
- Customer Invoicing and Queries
- Suppliers Invoicing and Queries
- Manage budgets, accounts, and reports.
- Control expenditures to ensure they stay within a budget.
- Manage salaries, wages, benefits and payroll processing.
- Oversee employee record keeping.

Other Responsibilities:

- Supporting on administration and compliance of care sector specific matrices.
- Supporting in general office administration
- Answering telephones from clients, suppliers, care facilities and communicating best practise, procedures and policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: £12.50-£12.60 per hour
