**Key Responsibilities**

- **Be the central connection point for the Workplace Experience Hosting team based around the sites being served**
***:
- **As a key part of our data-driven business model, the Go To Administrator has the responsibility and ownership of managing and tracking tasks via ISS or client systems to ensure that there is a clear reportable output of work being complete by the Workplace Experience Hosting team**
***:
- **In this role the Coordinator acts as the communications hub for queries being received from Colleagues or perhaps from other departmental personnel working in the building**
***:
- **As a key point of contact, the Coordinator needs to have a positive demeanour, making interactions with Colleagues and ISS Placemakers alike an enjoyable experience**:
- **Always willing to go the extra mile, with a positive 'can do' attitude, you will be a well-organised individual with a keen eye for detail**

- **Successful applicants will have a confident and sociable personality to develop strong rapport with colleagues and guests and make recommendations based on previous experience and feedback**

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**

- **Minimum 3-5 years customer services experience in dealing with Blue Chip/ High Touch clients**

- **High School or College Degree**:
- **Proven track record of providing stellar customer service**

- **Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment**
