Carrier HVAC now has an opportunity for a **Sales Support Administrator**, based from the **Stockport** office. This is an initial 6 month contract, with a view of going permanent.

**What will I be doing?**

You will form part of our Sales Support team and be responsible for resolving basic customer queries, updating the orders inbox, product numbers and specifications of items to be purchased.
- Answering basic customer inquiries and the status of orders.
- General administration support to the sales team
- Resolves basic customer disputes or order complaints.
- Monitor shared inboxes, manage due dates.
- Answering inbound calls from customers and our sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous admin experience
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Time management and organisational skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence and best in class results.
- Good problem solver
- Someone who is not afraid to get stuck in
- To be confident and articulate
