**How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate**
As the End-to-End Gifting Executive, you will have full end to end responsibility delivering the gifting growth agenda.
We are looking for an End-to-End Gifting Executive to join our Manufacturing function specialising in delivering Packaging & Manufacturing Innovation activity for gifting, across e commerce and corporate business activities. Reporting to the Manufacturing Excellence Manager, this role will deliver the feasibility assessment, risk management, planning and implementation of innovation projects, in collaboration with the Gifting Senior Brand Manager, from design concept through to product launch including compliance with our sustainability commitments and legal obligations. You will bring the knowledge of innovative designs, materials, finishes and formats, along with competitor benchmarking to deliver our gifting strategy and growth agenda.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
**Innovation**
- Lead in partnership with the Gifting SBM to Drive innovation strategy, ensuring all product innovations are commercially viable, financially sustainable (%GP), aligned and adhere to RGM principles.
- Providing functional expertise to projects in our Stage & Gate process. Working with our Procurement, Production, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide innovative and sustainable solutions to our gifting brands.
- Developing technical solutions that deliver against opportunities identified through our Gifting strategy. As the strategy evolves, your external focus will identify packaging solutions and technologies that will be shared across our commercial and marketing teams.
- Initiate and support line trials at appropriate supply locations to confirm that quality attributes and performance metrics are achieved.
- Coordinate creation of high-quality prototypes to gauge consumer desirability, influence teams and support customer collaboration
- Develop industry-leading packaging designs that elevate brand profiles, engage consumers, and effectively communicate product USPs.
- Build effective relationships with individuals, organisations, and stakeholders to develop a multiyear innovation pipeline, including delivering appropriate presentations and workshops to encourage engagement.
- Undertake a technical review of assigned live opportunities and provide technical insight, advice, and oversight to the business team.
- Act as the central point of contact for gifting design project inquiries and updates in collaboration with the Gifting SBM.
**Project management**
- Manage projects with the Gifting SBM, from initial concept to final delivery, spanning first/second stage creative, whole pack layouts, and range rollouts.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensuring stakeholder views/expectations are managed towards the best solution.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Resolve conflicts or issues related to project priorities, requirements, or resources.
**Manufacturing**
- Continuously evaluate and refine design workflows and processes for efficiency and productivity.
- Identify opportunities for automation or optimization in the design project lifecycle.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
- Provide feedback and guidance to designers for continuous improvement.
- Implement quality control processes to maintain consistency and excellence.
**What experience you’ll bring**
- Experience in similar position, preferably in FMCG environment.
- Experience of translating concepts into commercially successful products/services.
- Excellent attention to detail, be highly numerate and commercially astute.
- Proficient level of digital and social media skills
- Positive, friendly, driven, initiative-taking and results-oriented personality.
- Eager to learn, you are not afraid to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
