We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Controller who will be responsible for forecasting and driving business through financial guidance, acting as a trusted business partner between the finance and commercial teams.

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for accuracy & integrity of all financial information reported within a subset of the UKI Advanced Solutions Business Unit (BU).
- Support Group FRP&A function to:
- Ensure appropriate utilisation of GAAP & TD UAP
- Ensure accuracy of monthly accounts/results
- Ensure appropriate accounting & operational controls are developed, documented and implemented to support existing & new commercial agreements with Customers and/or Vendors.
- Working with BUD's to develop 3 year Financial Plan, Model P&L and strategic & operational plans.
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan Group, Quarterly Forecasts and Monthly Outlooks.
- Monitor daily KPI tracking & drive actions to close gaps-to-plan.
- Reporting & analysis of financial variances-to-plan along with plans for improvement.
- Customer & Vendor rebate program review, tracking & maximisation.
- Big deal analysis/recommendations.
- Customer & Vendor profitability, ROCE analysis and improvement plans.
- Business investment modelling.
- Drive strategy & tactics to maximize BU financial performance - GP$, GP%, ROCE% and productivity.
- Development of new commercial relationships - negotiation of structure, financial & operational T's & C's and related SLA's.
- Decision support for Credit Assessment & Inventory Procurement. Identify risks & opportunities along with plans to manage both.
**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:
- Qualified accountant
- Proven track record in business partnering at a Senior Level
- US and UK GAAP experience
- SAP experience ideally
- Forecasting and budgeting experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills
