Blue Arrow are recruiting for an **HR Administrator** to join our clients growing business based in West Lothian.

**The HR Administrator role is a permanent position, salary will be depending on experience.**

**Hours of work** will be 37.5hrs per week Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:15pm & Friday 8am to 3pm.

**Job role as a HR Administrator**:

- The overall responsibility will be to support the HR team by providing a confidential, highly accurate, pro-active and timely HR administration service.
- Within the role you will provide advice to employees and management on policy and process queries and help maintain positive employee relations across the site.
- You will support the full recruitment process from advertising to on-boarding, whilst ensuring all documentation is provided in an accurate and timely manner.
- You will maintain all HR systems, provide relevant updates to payroll, maintain absence details as well as support the maintenance of training records.
- You will also provide month end reports, organise meetings and provide a wider administration service as required.

**The candidiate we are looking for as HR Administrator**:

- You will need to be organised and pro-active with a positive working attitude.
- You should also have a drive to continuously improve processes and procedures together with a high attention to detail. A background in HR administration is preferred, ideally with a minimum CIPD qualification of Level 3 (or be willing to undertake this qualification).
