We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our operational team based in Broxburn on a 3 month fixed-term contract. In this role you will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for providing effective and confidential administrative support and lead on all admin aspects of the employee lifecycle process and HR activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable HR experience and develop yourself within your HR career.

This position is 37.5 hours per week, fully onsite and salary is dependant on experience.

**As HR Administrator, your duties will include**:

- Administrative tasks relating to the employee lifecycle including recruitment, absence management, performance management and offboarding
- Maintaining the HR system and employee files with relevant updates
- First point of contact on site for HR queries and employee requests
- Co-ordinate and administer minute taking for relevant HR meetings
- Processing weekly staff timesheets
- Project work as determined by the HR Manager

**Experience and Skills we are seeking**:

- Previous experience as an HR Administrator
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Confident and effective communicator
- Collaborative - able to work well with a variety of people
- Ethical approach to data management exercising confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Eye for continuous improvement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
