The Compliance and Contracts team are key to ensuring property safety and compliance for the organisation. The team ensures that all are effectively managed and meet all regulatory, good practice and legal obligations.

This role of a **Compliance and Contracts Administrator** will be responsible for oversight of gas and other heating, and legionella risk management. You will work with colleagues and contractors to ensure effective monitoring of compliance and coordinating remedial actions.

**About you**

Your commitment to safety and compliance will directly contribute to maintaining the highest standards in property and customer safety and as such, you will need experience of working in social housing, administering contracts, compliance and health & safety.

**You will need;**
- A working knowledge of Gas Safe regulations and a landlord’s gas safety responsibility
- Familiarity with gas, oil, solid fuel and electric heating systems
- Understanding of the Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems
- Knowledge of CDM regulations
- Understanding of Asbestos Regulations and HHSRS
- Able to demonstrate proven knowledge of building services
