We are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to cover for a maternity absence to assist with project administration, working closely with colleagues within the ALS division and often with the firms' lawyers and all other key stakeholders.

**A bit about the role**
The Project Co-Ordinator will work with the Infrastructure Manager, Project Manager, Head of Condor and at times independently, providing progress reports, project tracking and project reviews, to help the organisation deliver tightly controlled projects in an efficient and cost effective manner. Key responsibilities include the following:
- Work collaboratively across the firm to and be part of a team to assist with scoping, phasing and planning projects.
- Identifying and communicating with all stakeholders.
- Using existing project management tools to track and report on project progress.
- Assisting colleagues by ensuring that all project files are kept up to date and complete.
- Recording and filing all updates to project plans and reports, ensuring circulation to all stakeholders.
- General ad-hoc support and collaboration with others on a day-to-day basis will also be required such as helping others to set up and maintain files for projects.
**A bit about you**
- Good general administration experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services firm.
- Experience setting up and maintaining complete records of transactions and projects.
- Excellent organisational and influencing skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, using own initiative to manage and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong general IT and technical skills.
- Willingness to 'own' a project or task, identify possible efficiencies and implement change.
