Joining the team as Clerical Assistant, you will be supporting with company finances and administration in a busy fish merchants office. This role is on an initial temporary basis, with view to move permanent and contracted to 32.5 hours per week based in Bridge of Don. You must hold previous experience within credit control, invoicing and sales ledgers, alongside international supplier paperwork and general administration in order to be successful in this role.

Reporting to Office Manager, you will be joining a small, friendly team in a busy office environment.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Credit control - chasing payments.
- Handling company invoicing - inputting suppliers’ invoices and creating invoices to be sent out.
- Supporting with international paperwork for supplying.
- Creating electronic / hard copy statements.
- Sales ledgers.
- General administrative duties including filing, scanning etc.

**Applicants to this role require**
- Previous finance and administration experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office package and Xero system (or SAGE).
