Our business is growing, with more people trusting Nature’s Menu with their pet’s diet every week. To reach a diverse community of pets and pet owners, we have created an innovative Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team to focus on bringing our products and expertise in pet wellbeing online.

Our Customer Happiness team

Our Customer Service Advisors:
- Care about improving the lives of pets and their caregivers- Are empowered to make customer-focused decisions- Thrive working in a dynamic and fast-paced growing team- Actively listen to understand customer needs- Work effectively with technology and digital-based activities- Proactively raise issues and find solutions- Provide excellent feeding advice to pet caregivers- Use confidence, patience and diplomacy to deal with challenging issues- Maximise sales opportunities using persuasion skills

There are permanent part time and full time opportunities which are available either as remote or hybrid working. Our hybrid model is 2 days per week at our Head office in Snetterton,Norfolk and 3 days remote working.

Our team is leading a groundbreaking D2C eCommerce project to shake up the pet food industry. We have big ambitions. You’ll be working with, and learning from, commercially-experienced D2C and pet wellbeing experts in squads and teams and our international Affinity Petcare community.
