**About The Role**:
We are recruiting for a Equality Diversity & Inclusion Officer for our business to help develop a culture of understanding and inclusion. We have a diverse demographic within TCFM and we want to ensure that we are supporting and developing the culture within our business. This is only the start of the journey for us so we are looking for someone who is passionate about people who would relish the challenge of developing and promoting equality, diversity & inclusion.

The Equality Diversity & Inclusion Officer will take the main responsibility for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and will help to develop our culture of inclusivity across the business at every level. To review where the business currently is with regard to EDI and suggest positive action to enhance current practices

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Review EDI action plan and make adjustments/amendments to it which are relevant & will help with our EDI goals
- Lead on the delivery of our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion action plan
- Develop & deliver training on EDI to sit within our management programmes
- Develop EDI content for all levels of the business
- Review policies & ensure they are up to date & relevant
- Lead on engagement in the business
- Manage pulse surveys, & our bi-annual ‘Your voice matters survey’
- Look after our colleague portal, ensuring that policies are up to date and we communicate any changes to our colleagues
- Supporting the EDI champions network to ensure that our Senior Leadership team have the knowledge and understanding of the protected characteristic they are going to support
- Deliver updates to the board & SLT on the progress of the EDI action plan
- Manage bi-annual equal pay reviews

**Skills**
- Experience of working in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and have a good working knowledge of working with groups representing the ‘protected characteristics’ such as disability, LGBTQ+ and race/ethnicity
- Experience of leading large scale projects and being accountable for achieving deadlines
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate level of Microsoft packages
