Overview of a BSO/Minuet Taker
Pertemps have an exciting opportunity within Harrow Council for a self-driven and motivated BSO/Minuet Taker to join an expanding team. The role of BSO/Minuet Taker has a competitive pay rate of £15.39 per hour. Other benefits include excellent training and support for career development and 21 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays).
The Main Purpose of a BSO/Minuet Taker:
- Best practice administrative and business support processes including record keeping, maintaining databases, document processing, photocopying, proof reading, progress chasing and filing practice etc- To ensure compliance with your responsibilities as laid out in the council's equal opportunity policy and take an active role in promoting and enabling equality of opportunity, promoting the diverse needs and aspirations of Harrow's community, ensuring equality and diversity is mainstreamed in all service/directorate activities-
- Undertaking a range of financial processes including handling cash, petty cash and cheques, raising orders, invoices and journals on SAP or any other financial system i.e. HOST etc, providing statistical/budget information, in accordance with the Council's financial regulationsAbout you, the successful BSO/Minuet Taker will have:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook/ GroupWise- Excellent written and communication skills- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamAbout us
