Plastic Manufacturing Operative

Our manufacturing business is looking to recruit a full-time, reliable plastic manufacturing operative based at our premises in Kenilworth.
We manufacture plastic water tanks for the caravan and motorhome industry and we require an operative to assist in the build and assembly of tanks to customer specifications
**The Role**:
- Using hand-held air tools to drill holes in plastic and install fittings.
Using a soldering iron to plastic weld fittings.
Using hand tools, eg drills, snips, handsaws, hole saws, etc.
Previous specific experience is not essential as full training will be given. This would suit somebody who is very practical and hands on. You may be good at, and enjoy DIY, or perhaps you are from a carpentry or plumbing background, or have other very practical experience in another area.
It’s important that we attract the right skill sets, and those with the right experience but we also value a hardworking, positive attitude. FLT experience an advantage but not essential.
As a small, family run, established business we require a competent and flexible person that is willing to undertake a variety of tasks in any area of the business where required.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with a 30 minute unpaid break.
20 days annual leave + bank holidays
We offer a relaxed working environment, casual dress policy and free parking.
