**HR Advisor**
NFU Energy is seeking a talented and exceptional HR Advisor to take responsibility for day-to-day HR activities, advice and support, and contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy and Vision:

This is a new role working within the Operations Team and closely with the NFU People Team, supporting the Assistant Director to deliver a pro-active, professional, and accurate service in all aspects of HR.
You will have experience in a similar role and may be looking to further your career in a growing business. The role will be supported by an excellent People Team, but you will need to be comfortable with working independently, with a positive, can-do attitude.
**Your role and responsibilities will include**:
- Advise, assist and coach managers and employees on the employment lifecycle, legislation, policies and practices.
- Administer and coordinate all aspects of the employment lifecycle and HR related activities.
- Facilitate effective team working within NFU Energy and in collaboration with the NFU People Team.
- Build expert knowledge within HR to contribute towards best practice and legally compliant HR policy development and implementation.
**To succeed in this role, you will have**:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in recruitment and selection.
- Experience in taking personal responsibility for making things happen.
- Ability to challenge the status quo, to ensure continuous improvement within HR.
- Skills in ’mapping’ HR processes, looking for efficiencies and best practice.
**You will also need to**:
- Have experience in HR Systems and reporting, researching and maintaining policies and procedures in line with legislation requirements, and in providing professional HR advice.
- Considerable experience and knowledge in all areas of HR administration.
- Proven experience of delivering a first-class recruitment and selection processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team
In return you will receive a competitive salary up to £32,000 plus 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) pro rata, plus company benefits including pension, group life assurance (3 times salary), NFU membership and more.
This is a part-time role based at our office in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We support work-life balance and operate a hybrid working policy with a mixture of home and office working, and access to mental health support.
