Mechanical Engineer Position

We seek an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join Luton Bennett's team, working closely with our production staff to ensure seamless operation of the facility. This role requires strong technical expertise, particularly in multi-skilled maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform critical tasks, including:
- Predictive Maintenance (PPM) tasks to identify and address potential issues before they arise.
- Reactive maintenance duties to resolve unexpected equipment failures.
- Collaboration with production staff to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- A relevant Level 3 engineering qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues.
