The successful candidate can expect an annual salary of £45,000 + overtime paid at premium rates, plus additional benefits such as pension and holiday packages.
Job Description
We require an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification or equivalent and have extensive experience in maintenance roles within high-volume manufacturing environments.
The successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:
- Performing Predictive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across the manufacturing facility.
- Maintenance of Production Machinery across the site while specializing in specific areas.
- Improving and upgrading machinery when required, including mechanical and electrical work on pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, gears, and bearings, as well as single and three-phase electrics, inverters, drives, motors, and PLC fault finding.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess:
- Maintenance skills from a manufacturing, industrial, plant, or similar environment.
- A relevant Level 3 engineering qualification or equivalent.
- Multi-skilled abilities.
