Overview

Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual salary of £45,000, paid alongside overtime at premium rates, along with pension and holiday packages.

Responsibilities
This key role involves maintaining production equipment across the facility, performing PPM tasks, and addressing reactive breakdowns. Key responsibilities include:
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Conducting electrical and mechanical repairs, upgrades, and installations as needed.
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements
To succeed in this position, you will need:
  • Strong maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
  • A Level 3 engineering qualification or equivalent.
  • Multiskilled abilities, with proficiency in both electrical and mechanical systems.
