Job Description

The appointed Quality and Environmental Manager will be responsible for managing the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment department, focusing on:

  • QMS Control
  • Customer & Supplier NR Management
  • NPI Feasibility Involvement & PPAP Management
  • IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 Management
  • Customer Liaison on Quality Related Issues
  • HSE Management
  • Continuous Improvement Activity
  • Departmental & KPI Management

Key responsibilities include:

  1. QMS Construction, Maintenance, and Management
  2. Auditing of Company & supplier adherence to procedures in alignment to IATF & ISO standards.
  3. PPAP management in support of NPI requirements.
  4. Creation of Process Control Plans to ensure conformity of manufactured products.
  5. NCR Management for Customer, Supplier, and internal issues.
  6. Preparation of audit performance reports for relevant stakeholders.
  7. Customer & supplier liaison as required.
  8. Identification and implementation of CI activity.
  9. Creation and management of quality-related & departmental KPIs
  10. Setting of objectives and management of quality team.
  11. Health & Safety
  12. Managing company H & S Risk assessments
  13. Review of operational procedures to ensure they meet industry safety standards.
  14. Creation and management of H & S metrics
  15. Preparation and issuing of reports as required.
  16. Attainment of ISO14001 accreditation
