**Customer Support Coordinator, Bournemouth, £25,000**

**The purpose of this role**:
As **Customer Support Coordinator**you'll provide **administrative support** to the Customer Support Managers and ensure **precise order information** and delivery details.

As **Customer Support Coordinator**your **responsibilities will include**:

- **Process** and provide confirmation of **sales orders**:

- **Create** and **report** on **quotes** and **revenue forecasting**:

- Use MRP system to **ensure timely delivery of orders**:

- Regular **internal communication** with different departments to **ensure orders are met**

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience within an **administrative/coordinator role**, ideally within engineering/manufacturing
- Strong **IT literacy**, including proficiency using **excel and MRP systems**:

- Efficient **organisational and planning skills** with effective decision making skills
- Clear and **concise communication skills**
