Their range of products now reach around 6,000 stores across the UK and they are only at the beginning of their journey They arelooking for an ambitious and passionate individual to come join their team in a Logistics & Inventory Manager role.

As a Logistics & Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end inventory management, ensuring that the 6 international sites are within capacity and deal with any discrepancies. You will also have a direct input in process improvement projectswith the aim to streamlining the supply chain process as well as managing outbound shipments to customer.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will
- Be responsible for end-to-end inventory management for both the UK and international sites
- Manage the movement of inventory between e-commerce site, 3PLs and retail clients
- Work cross-functionally with a number of stakeholders both internally and externally
- Strive for and be involved in a number of constant process improvement projects

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years' experience in a supply/demand/logistics planning or similar role in a fast-paced industry
- Great analytical skills and be able to read and understand data
- Excellent communication skills and an innovative approach
- Strong excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
