Job Opportunity: Administrative Officer

Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to ensure efficient office operations by providing comprehensive administrative support.

**Duties**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain electronic and paper records.
- Provide general administrative support to staff.

Skills:

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in English and multilingualism is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Comprehensive IT knowledge.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Must be well aware of health and safety regulations at the workplace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience and academic:

- Must have minimum 2 years experience; preferred 5 years' experience in administration positions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
- Work experience in GCC countries will be a plus point.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with office procedures.
- International valid driving license.
