**About the role**:
We are looking for an Executive Talent Researcher to join our in-house Executive Search team.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Support the Executive Search Lead in all aspects of the recruitment process
- Develop an expert knowledge of relevant markets and the NG business
- Conduct thorough research to navigate target organisations

**What you'll get**:
A competitive salary between £40,000 - £50,000 - dependent on capability.

As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. You will also have access to a number of flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, salary sacrifice car and technology schemes, support via employee assistance lines and matched charity giving to name a few.

- Prior recruitment experience gained in a recruitment agency or in-house team
- A high degree of customer focus and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good attention to detail
- Strong drive for results and a commitment to producing a high level of work efficiently and often within tight time frames
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguity
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise
