**About The Role**:
At National Grid while we continue to deliver energy safely, reliably, and securely for our customers and communities today, we must also strive to enable the energy transition for all to build a cleaner, greener future.

This requires innovative and strategic leadership. We currently have a rare opportunity for an Executive Talent Researcher to join our in-house executive search team on a secondment basis.

Based in Warwick with hybrid working this role will support the exec search lead in managing critical leadership appointments across the Grid Group, both UK and US.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**As part of this critical role your accountabilities will include**:

- Supporting the Director & Head of Executive Recruitment & Strategic Sourcing in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Developing an expert knowledge of relevant markets and the NG business.

**Key Accountabilities continued**:

- Working closely with colleagues and occasionally hiring managers to set expectations for the recruitment process and to fulfil the required search briefing.
- Balancing deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at a time.

**About You**:

- A high degree of customer focus and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good attention to detail.
- A strong drive for results and a commitment to producing a high level of work efficiently and often within tight time frames.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguity.
- Prior recruitment experience gained in a recruitment agency or in-house resourcing team.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise.

**More Information**:
Location: This role is based in Warwick (Hybrid working)

**Salary**: Between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Contract Length: 12 month FTC (Maternity cover)
