This is an exciting opportunity to join this Marketing and Communications function and create a positive impact on the customer base

As a
**Graduate Research and Insights Executive**, you will be integral for putting the customers and members at the heart of the business by managing regular quantitative and qualitative research for each of our business groups and internal support functions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with data and trend analysis
- Assisting in setting up surveys, polls and online focus groups for all businesses as briefed
- Using appropriate advanced analytics, turn data into actionable insight and provide reports to senior team leaders
- Co-ordinating research projects with Flex MR and other partners for all businesses in the Society
- Offering support, advice and assistant to other members of the organisation

This role is part of a team based from our
**Head Office in Warwick**, with a mix of working from home and in the office, you will need to be able to travel into the office on certain days.

**About You**:

- Scientific degree with research content is desirable, e.g. Psychology and/or research specific qualification
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with an attention to detail
- Highly customer focussed
- Be able to tell a story using data
