Care Coordinator

We are recruiting for an energetic and empathetic Care Coordinator to start with us immediately.
We are looking for a friendly person, exceptionally well organised, with a motivation and attitude to keep our team and customers happy and satisfied. We have a small group of clients who we provide quality care services.
What you will be doing:
As a Care Coordinator you will be based at our Leicester office supporting My Homecare Clients and fantastic Care Assistants. You will carry out a range of duties in this role, including but not limited to:
- Answering all incoming telephone calls and enquiries
- Processing new customer enquiries and assessment for new clients
- Allocation of Care Assistants to all client visits and ensuring all visits are always covered.
- Involve in writing care plans and risk assessments and accurate documentation.
- To ensure compliance with all systems and procedures
- Maintain client and Care Assistant office files ensuring they are always up to date.
- answering on call phone out of office hours and weekends, on a rota basis
- Undertake Care Assistant supervisions.
- Manage anything operational that comes into the office.
