Social Care Professional

Randstad Care is seeking a dedicated Social Care Professional to join their Children in Need Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at risk.
The ideal candidate will have a Social Work Degree and be registered with Social Work England. They will have proven experience working with children and families in a social work setting, with strong assessment and case management skills.
The role involves conducting thorough assessments of children and families, developing individualised care plans, and coordinating with relevant agencies and professionals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and addressing potential risks to children's well-being, promoting positive parenting strategies, and connecting families to community resources.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. They will also have the skills to maintain detailed and accurate case records, prepare reports, and contribute to data analysis and service evaluation.
