**What you’ll be doing**
As the **Billing Process Control Manager,** you will provide client managers with specialist information and advice related to specific areas of the business, either through regular operations or in a project environment. You will monitor, analyse,interpret, report and audit specific aspects of the company’s performance.
- Provide relevant and effective financial/ operational data analysis and interpretation
- Provide expert advice to help influence and inform colleagues/managers on operational decisions.
- Conduct modelling, interpretation, and forecasting of the company's financial and operational data, working closely with colleagues in other functions at all levels, and providing insight and challenge into the operational and process owner teams or projectmanagers
- Monitoring, controlling, and reporting on risk and opportunity profiles
- Produces consolidated reports across the Business
- Deliver specific allocated projects
- Manage a small team of analysts to deliver the activities above

**What you should bring to the role**:

- Strong communication skills with experience of influencing stakeholders and motivating direct reports to achieve required outputs
- Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills, with experience of managing, motivating and inspiring a successful team
- Strong analytical & presentation skills, collating and creating reports to track and drive incident related performance
- The ability to confidently and constructively influence and challenge at all levels and experience of working with operational teams.
- Experience working with SAP systems
- Experience in Process Controls Management including Process Improvement and Process Mapping
- Ability to work flexibly when required
