Our client creates bespoke software that helps transform businesses, working alongside companies as a strategic software partner to create more efficient, intuitive and robust systems.
They are now seeking a Client Manager to join their friendly, welcoming team on a full-time, permanent basis.

**The Role**
As a Client Manager, you will provide relationship management and high-level technical support to clients.
Gaining an understanding of each client’s business requirements, you will liaise with technical services to design and test software solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
Communicating the value of the project to the customer, you will attend frequent meetings to ensure a well-functioning service, produce strategic plans and identify potential issues before they arise.
Additionally, you will:

- Upsell to existing clients
- Oversee quotes, manage the sales funnel and follow up in a timely way
- Regularly undertake reporting for your client base
- Hold service contract reviews with clients for mutual understanding
- Mentor and train junior Client Managers
This role will include travel to visit clients as needed, sometimes requiring overnight stays.
**About You**
To be considered as Client Manager, you will need:

- Experience in client-facing roles in a commercial environment
- Experience of developing innovative solutions to client challenges, guiding customers in decision making
- Experience of researching the processes required to achieve client needs
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build strong relationships
- An understanding of general business practices, systems and processes
- A full, valid driving licence
Experience of collaborating with technical teams would also be advantageous.
