You will be working with a teenager with learning disabilities and severe challenging behaviour.

You will be part of a small team working with the young person.

You will assist in delivering evidence based therapeutic interventions developed by a multidisciplinary team. The focus first and foremost is on making the young man smile and enjoy his time with you

- Twice yearly team weekends away
- Shifts are Monday - Friday.
- This is not a care role, this is a role where you will be delivering therapeutic interventions for which you will be highly trained.
- You will achieve an industry recognised qualification within first 6 months of employment, with a £1 per hour pay increase once completed.
- This is a term time only role. 42 wks.
- No weekends, No nights
- Free supervision for those seeking BCABA/BCBA qualifications

- have a minimum of 5 GCSEs, although a degree is preferred but if you meet all the other criteria make sure you apply

- able to travel for some courses and team weekends

- a desire to learn the most up to date evidence based and compassionate methods for reducing challenging behaviour.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
