Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are looking for Support Workers to work within a family setting. Experience not essential.
**SHIFTS AVAILABLE**
**MON, TUES, FRI 8.30-1**
**EVERY OTHER SAT - 3-9PM**
**EVERY OTHER SUN - 8.30-1**
- **CAN BE FLEXIBLE**_
You will be working 1 - 1 with the client, who has complex care needs. You will promote independence, safety, and well being.
We are looking for full or part time carers, and due to location drivers only.
You must have excellent communication skills, and record documentations accurately, think on your feet and follow policies and procedures.
PEG Trained would be an advantage, However full training given.
Client lives on a pig farm With his parents.
Confidentiality is vital in with this package as this is working within a clients home.
Must have lived in the UK for the last six months

In return we will offer you;

- Support on undertake household duties if required.
- Administer medication as per a Care Plan and MAR chart. (Full training given)
- Very competitive hourly rates from £12.00 per hour up to £14.75

- £750 incentive for new to care workers or those who have not worked in the care industry for the previous 2 years via Kick Start for Care Scheme.

- 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
- Free DBS, uniform and PPE all provided.
- Office is located in Norwich city centre, with open door policy
- On call support available 7 days a week, 360 days of the year
