**Week on week for 3 months, potential to go on for longer**

Our client is looking for customer service specialists to join their team on a temporary basis in the role of Stakeholder Liaison Officer. The Stakeholder Liaison officers report directly to the Head of Customer Resolution and work alongside the Customer Liaison Officers in the heart of the Maintenance Services team resolving complaints, queries and issues on a daily basis.

The Stakeholder Liaison Officers are the primary point of contact for managing communications between external stakeholders. They are accountable for responses to written and verbal enquiries and will liaison between in-house teams to formulate responses and get to the heart of queries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed in this position.

You will have good organisation and prioritisation skills and will ensure that relevant responses are sent within the required timeframes. Ensuring feedback and progress updates are delivered timely and efficiently and that open complaints closed down with a satisfactory outcomes.
- Experience working within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS packages
- Customer service experience and creating positive impact
- Exceptional organisational, planning and administrative skills
- Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders
- Understanding of the ombudsman code
