We are recruiting a permanent Resident Engagement Officer (internally this role will be referred to as a Customer Engagement Officer) within the Strategic Asset Management team to provide an efficient administrative and support service for our retrofit decarbonisationprojects across Orbit.

As our Customer Engagement Officer you will be:

- Responsible for the administration of the Customer engagement process for decarbonisation projects
- Responsible for developing and building our customer engagement strategy for all decarbonisation retrofit works
- Develop a suite of letters, literature, and customer engagement templates to support the strategy
- Liaison with the external Retrofit Co-ordinator, Designer and Contractors and reviewing technical specifications and turning into customer friendly formats
- Liaising with the contactor customer liaison officer and ensuring a smooth handover during the project lifecycle
- Supporting and facilitating with customer decants when required
- Deal with customer complaints promptly and in line with company policy and procedures

**What will help you make a difference**:

- 5 GCSE at grades (*A-C/9-4) or equivalent including Mathematics and English.
- Experience of working with the public in a customer focused role
- Experience of working within the housing or construction industry for 2+ years an advantage
- Knowledge of PAS 2035 / 2030:19 extremely useful
- Ability to advocate on behalf of all customers (including vulnerable customers)
- Ability to work under pressure.
