A temporary to permanent opportunity as an Office Coordinator in a leading property company

**Office Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the main point of contact for all UK office related matters including meeting and greeting visitors
- Coordinating room bookings and receiving calls
- Ordering and restocking of office kitchens
- Managing diaries and organising internal/external meetings
- Organising events, booking travel, hotels, restaurants and couriers
- Maintaining any filing and database systems and carrying out regular reviews to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of these
- Collating and producing documents
- Invoicing

**Office Coordinator Essentials**:

- 1-2 years of Personal or Executive Assistant experience
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to build relationships with all levels within a business
