Why this role is important to us?

Senior Service Delivery Principles are skilled professionals who form part of our SaaS Operations team delivering services to our clients. The primary purpose of the role is to contribute to the successful support and maintenance of SimCorp Dimension and to all aspects of service delivery around SimCorp Dimension.

As a Senior Service Delivery Consultants, you will support our clients by providing solutions related to the usage of SimCorp Dimension as well as work closely with the local and global teams within SimCorp. You will also instruct, coach, and mentor less experienced consultants.

In this key role, you will provide support & solutions to overcome issues encountered by the customer and to optimise usage of the systems for them. Tasks and Responsibilities
- You will be the key contact for our clients regarding production support and the customer relationships.
- Lead a small to medium team: Communicates the team vision and outcomes needed along with guidance to achieve outcome, coordinates team actions on activities, coordinates flow of additional team members on and off the team as needed; and identifies areas of improvement necessary to build the capability of the team through training, coaching and mentoring.
- Weekend/Public Holiday works are required on occasion. Working extended hours might also be required on occasion.

Your qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management, or custodian
- You have experience in SimCorp Dimension or front-to-back office system operations.
- Broad knowledge and solid experience in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical
- You are good at working on & prioritizing multiple tasks at the same time.
- Proactive nature, service-minded and a natural drive for problem solving, enthusiastic, committed, result-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills including listening skills, and fluency in English (spoken and written)
