**Summary of Position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, mentor and coach the various teams inside service delivery department.
- Provide the required leadership to deliver the service outcomes expected.
- Set, measure, and communicate the team’s performance using KPIs and SLAs.
- Proactively look to develop existing solutions to improve resiliency, availability, and efficiency performance.
- Develop & document standards for automation, standardisation & optimisation in all service as part of best practice to optimise workflows and cost efficiency.
- Consider Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) in the continual improvement process.
- Ensure that work process is secure and complaint with ISO standards.
- Ensuring departmental revenue and margin goals are achieved.

**You will have**:

- Demonstrated that you can lead in environments of constant change.
- Commercial & emotional intelligence and experience in running a high intensity service unit.
- Extensive understanding of the realities of service delivery, ideally within the MPS/ IT industry, is essential.
- Fully understand the value proposition requirements of customer centric, high quality managed services.
- Understand the principles of charging effectively for time in a Professional Services environment.
- Broad understanding of Print /IT infrastructure and technology components.
- Strong knowledge and experience of deploying and improving Service Management principles and practices.
- Relentless commitment and success in relation to the continuous improvement of services and teams, including operational management and capability development.
- Excellent communication skills with the mental agility to ‘think on your feet’ and provide convincing practical solutions, both to internal and external customers.
- Resilience when dealing with difficult and challenging people and complex situations.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with attention to detail
- A focus on minimising “single points of failure” and underpinning feedback mechanisms.
