Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Expertise: Utilize your CRM skills to manage and maintain a comprehensive database of landlords, tenants, and contractors. Keep accurate records of interactions, communications, and important details.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Act as a primary point of contact between the company and landlords, tenants, and contractors for all admin/maintenance related issues. Handle inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive working relationship with all parties.
- Bookkeeping and Financial Record-keeping: Maintain financial records, including tracking income and expenses, managing invoices, and processing payments. Proficiency in relevant software or tools is a plus.
- Certificate Arrangement: Coordinate the arrangement and renewal of various certificates and licenses, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Rent Management: Keep track of incoming and outgoing rent payments, assist in rent collection, and handle any rent-related queries.
- General Administrative Tasks: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including but not limited to data entry, file management, and office organization.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a property management or real estate environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and strong data management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
- Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping experience is essential.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with property-related certificates and regulations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite, accounting tools, etc.
- A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
