Customer Service Administrator

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
The role will involve;
- Ensure all orders are processed upon receipt and monitor the process through to delivery
- Acting as a first line contact for all administration
- Co-ordination with sales department on clients requirements/handling.
- Coordinating with warehouses to ensure smooth despatches of orders.
- Resolving orders discrepancies and customer complaints.
- Liaising with the Supply Chain team for coordination of despatches and identifying the urgencies. Ensuring relevant paperwork has been provided with the consignments.
- Managing order cycles & inventories.
- Management of shipment file
- Liaising with clients on claims for loss/damages and returns.
- Preparing Reports for business analysis on ad hoc basis.
- Preparing forecast & stock reports for sales department.
You will need to have Customer Service experience along with good MS Office and computer skills.
