**Job Summary**

Day-to-day supervision of the club. Provide quality play care within the framework of the club's policies and procedures.

You will report to the club manager.

**Job responsibilities**
- Planning, preparing and delivering quality play opportunities within a safe and caring environment.

*Providing comprehensive care for children including collecting them from their classes, overseeing and delivering them safely to their parents/carers.

*Providing snacks and refreshments whilst ensuring hygiene, health and safety standards are met.
- Administering first aid when necessary.

*Setting up play space including moving equipment and furniture.

*Consulting children and involving them in the planning of activities.

*Developing and maintaining good relationships with school, children and parents.

*Undertaking appropriate and relevant training.

*Monitoring and maintaining a healthy, safe and secure working environment.

*Working within the framework of the club's policies and procedures and the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Sports delivery experience an advantage.

**Experience**

Experience with 4-11 year olds, administration and working in a management/supervisory capacity are all essential. Must be able to understand the varied needs of children and families in order to deliver equal opportunities.

Appropriate level 3 qualification, child protection training, pediatric first aid and food hygiene certificate are all desirable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.10 per hour

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
