Tedaisy are looking for a Telephone Based Credit Controller to support the Operations & Finance Team.

Tedaisy sell pet insurance and their customers are pet insurance policy holders. Day to day, you will be there to:

- Contacting customers by phone to collect missing premiums.
- To assist in the review customer transactions on a daily basis
- Responding to and resolving customer queries, on a one touch basis.
- Assisting with the development of credit control processes and procedures.
- Ensure company service standards are met and maintained in all communications of a financial nature with customers.
- Assisting with the training of staff with system based MTAs
- Assists with manual queries on renewals
- Assist with the allocation and arrangement of premium refunds

**About you**:

- Strong numeric skills including good working knowledge of Excel
- Previous experience in Credit Control
- Ideally previous experience of working with Direct Debit systems or Insurance industry
- Knowledge of bank reconciliations
- Knowledge or, or experience with Xero would be advantageous
- General experience and understanding of operation of business administration
- Accountability and commitment
- High degree of customer focus
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an effective team
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
