Our client is looking for an HR Business Advisor to join their growing team to support various manufacturing sites across the UK. They believe in fostering a workplace that thrives on trust, empowerment, and collaboration.

As an HR Business Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of the business, providing comprehensive HR support to stakeholders, including line managers and colleagues from across the teams you work with.

This role will be based at their Runcorn site 2-3 days a week; regular travel to their other manufacturing sites and Head Office in East Leake Nottingham will also be required. You will work Monday - Friday with flexible start and finish times.

**What they are looking for**:

- Experience of working in an HR Advisor role is essential.
- CIPD qualified at level 5 or working towards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to deliver tasks and projects on time, manage high workload and conflicting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be proactive with enthusiasm for learning and development.
- You need to have a full UK Driving Licence.

**What you will be doing**:

- Providing extensive and complete HR Support to all stakeholders.
- Building strong relationships across the business.
- Supporting complex Employee Relations cases in a unionised environment.
- Influencing cultural change.
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Supporting career development and succession planning efforts within the organisation.
- Signpost and support our rewards and recognition offer.
- Supporting cross-functional projects.
- Other ad hoc HR duties that may be required.
