A well established and growing organisation within their sector are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join them.
**Your new role**
As the Client Services Representative you will be responsible for developing the company's brand and marketing strategy with which to strengthen relationships with existing clients and attract prospective new enquiries.
- Work with the Director and Advisers to develop and implement the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan that strengthens the relationship with existing clients and attracts prospective new clients;
- Update and implement the current client servicing strategy;
- Management of the internal CRM system to ensure all clients receive the agreed service levels;
- Act as main point of contact for all clients on 'non-advice' queries;
- Arrange and prepare all review meetings for advisers;
- Deliver agreed marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis;
- Manage the distribution of marketing material to clients and new prospects;
- Support the Partner with the end-to-end management of client events;
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness all client events and produce relevant management information with which to inform future strategies;
- Assist in planning and management of marketing budget;
- Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards;
- Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, clients and third parties.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a support role, ideally in financial services or related sector;
- Comfortable with/experienced in using electronic (client) data systems;
- Knowledge of digital marketing and implementing a marketing campaign;
- Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation (desirable);
Skills and behaviours:
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly;
- Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Good organisation skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task;
- Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively;
- Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times;
- Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team;
- Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving.
