- February 15, 2023Simple Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client, to join their team for a permanent opportunity based in Corsham and working from home.

**The Job**:

- Placing orders on the system and confirming once placed.
- Stock checks for UK & Europe and ordering stock from Europe for the UK.
- Organising deliveries of goods to customers.
- Resolving any customer issues/complaints.
- Dealing with overdue invoices and payment collecting

**The Salary**:
£22,000-£25,000 per annum

**The Hours**:
37.5hrs a week, Mon-Friday, Flexible and opportunity to work from home.

**About You**:

- You will have GCSE pass levels in Maths and English.
- You will need to be computer literate.
- Have excellent customer service & communication skills
- You’ll need a minimum of 4/5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A willingness to travel to the head office in Belgium a few times a year
- Be pro-active and pragmatic throughout the order to delivery process.
- Have an element of import and export experience
- Be trained ideally in Microsoft NAV (not essential as full training will be given).
