Pixipixel are seeking a highly organised HR / Office Admin Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a varied role assisting the HR Manager with general day to day HR administration. The role will also incorporate some reception duties and general officeadministration tasks, including health & safety related admin. This will offer an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain further experience within both HR and office administration.

**Key responsibilities and duties include**
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and carrying out right to work checks
- Onboarding of new starters including induction/training schedules, uniform distribution
- Updating HR system with starters and leavers, absences
- Sending out staff communications
- Oversee the provision of First Aiders and Fire Marshals, maintain records and arrange staff H&S training as and when required
- Maintain accurate records relating to Accidents, First Aid, Fire Extinguishers and other precautionary measures
- Ordering and distribution of PPE
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to the ordering of office supplies, maintaining office directories.
- Welcoming visitors, providing refreshments where required
- Answering overflow telephone calls
- Accepting deliveries, sorting and distributing post
- Maintaining the front of house areas to a high standard ensuring the area is kept clean and tidy, as well as meeting rooms and kitchen areas.
- Managing diary schedules for management team, scheduling internal meetings and booking meeting rooms.

The role is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. Working a shift between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a 1-hour break to be taken throughout the day.

The role will initially be based in Hoxton, East London, however the business will be relocating to Acton mid-summer.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent numeracy and literacy
- A friendly disposition and excellent interpersonal skills to deal with a range of people both external and internal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Motivated and keen to learn
- Accuracy / attention to detail
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, well-organised and self-motivated

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Previous experience working in an office admin and/or HR administration role (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Educated to A-Level equivalent or above
