- Managerial experience: showcase robust managerial expertise in supervising day-to-day educational operations
- Teaching and learning observations: regularly conduct assessments of teaching and learning to uphold the standard of instructional delivery
- Auditing individual learning plans: evaluate and review individual learning plans to verify their alignment with educational objectives
- Reviews: lead and engage in academic evaluations to assess and enhance teaching methodologies
- Learning walks: execute learning walks to observe and bolster effective teaching practices throughout the campus
- Timetable management: efficiently establish and oversee timetables, ensuring optimal resource utilisation
- Duty manager responsibilities: fulfil duty manager duties for the campus, overseeing daily operations and promptly addressing any emerging issues
A little about you:
- Hold a Level 3 vocational qualification or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role, while feeling confident in your ability to complete responsibilities mentioned above
- Previous experience in a further education college
